Today is THE DAY. The TENT goes up in the parking lot today. This week, Ebenezer will have its single largest outreach event in the Fall Festival this Wednesday. In two weeks, we will have our commitment Sunday of the HOW campaign. What better tool for BOTH of these events than a HUGE TENT in the middle of the parking lot (roughly where the new sanctuary will be)??
The guys at the SCBC say it will take 40 strong volunteers to raise this thing . . . Do I have 40 solid names right now?? NO. But I am praying and hoping. And, if not, I might be CALLING. The tent guy also told us it is a lot of hard work, but a lot of fun, too. I am looking forward to this one!!!
